Shopping at Interflora - Delivery
Find out more about our unique delivery service, provided by our extensive network of expert florists and professional couriers. Please choose from one of the following options: Delivery Charges Delivery Charges The delivery charge for each gift is displayed within the delivery date calendar on the product page. Alternatively we have a list of all our types of delivery, timings and prices below:

Same Day Delivery For same day flowers, make sure you place your order by 3pm Monday to Saturday. This flower delivery service is available to most areas of UK. To view the products available for same day delivery visit our same day flowers shop. Products from our UK product range are clearly marked to denote that same day delivery is available. Our network of expert florists, in over 140 countries allows us to offer same day flower delivery to selected International countries too. Once you've selected the country in the International Flower Delivery shop you will be advised of the next available delivery date in the calendar displayed on the product page.
Next Day Delivery You can check all delivery dates available for a particular product by using the calendar featured on each product page. All available delivery dates will be highlighted in white. At the bottom of the calendar is the cost for each type of delivery. To send a gift next day or place a future order there is a standard delivery charge of £5.99 for every item ordered. Your delivery date will be confirmed on the product page once the calendar is closed. If you wish to change this, click on the "change these details" link. Morning and Afternoon Delivery Service With a network of florists we can offer you the choice of an AM / PM delivery service at a charge of £4 in addition to Interflora Delivery of £5.99. This service is offered for orders from our Florist's range, for delivery within the UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. 3 Hour Delivery Service Get your floral gift delivered within 3 hours with our express '3 hour delivery' service. This service is available at a charge of £7.00 in addition to Interflora Standard Delivery of £5.99. The service is offered for orders from our Florist's range, for selected delivery locations within the UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Please request this service at the time of placing your order. This delivery service is offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice during busy periods. We regret this delivery service is not available for orders requesting Champagne as part of the order.
Courier Delivered Gifts Most of our floral gifts can be delivered the next day, however some of our food, drink and plant gifts are delivered by specially selected couriers and do have limited availability delivery dates. Delivery of your couriered gift may occur any time during normal working hours of 7am to 6pm. The exact delivery time during these hours cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to specify a delivery time may we recommend you order from our Florist Delivered collection All Flower Bouquets Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on your requested date this cannot be guaranteed and delivery may take place within 48 hours of your preferred delivery date. Please view the terms and conditions link at the bottom of the product page for further information. Florist Delivered Gifts Our network of florists allows us to offer a reliable and personal delivery service. All of our floral gifts are created and hand delivered by our expert florists and are available with same day, next day & future delivery from Monday to Saturday. However if a special national occasion (such as Mothers Day, Valentines Day or Christmas Eve) falls on a Sunday then we may offer Sunday delivery. Please check available delivery dates for each gift by using the delivery calendar featured on every product page. For next day delivery you need to place your order before midnight. If you place an order for next day delivery before midnight on a Saturday then your order will be delivered on Monday. To get your gift delivered the same day you place your order, simply order before 3pm Monday to Saturday. The same day delivery service is fast and convenient especially if you need a gift in a hurry, so for only £7.99 your gift could be delivered today! PO Box and BFPO deliveries We will happily accept any orders to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses when placing your order through our expert advisors on 0844 453 5600. You must supply a telephone number for the recipient and specify the PO Box or BFPO number in the first line of the recipient's address. Any gifts which are delivered by courier cannot be delivered to PO Box or BFPO addresses. Delivery Times Florist delivered gifts - can occur any time during their opening hours of 9am to 6pm daily. We cannot specify exact time of delivery for gifts. During peak periods (such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day) our florists will extend their working day to cater for the increase in orders. Funerals - If youre ordering for a funeral and require delivery for a specific time, please add this information to your order form using the delivery instructions box on the delivery details page within the order process. The name of the deceased should also be included within this box. Courier delivered gifts can occur any time during the normal working hours of 7am to 7pm. The exact delivery time during these hours cannot be guaranteed. As deliveries are carried out over the full working day, we are only able to provide confirmation of delivery 24 hours after your chosen delivery date. Please bear with us at busy times, as it may take us longer to respond to your query. All available delivery dates will be highlighted; you can rollover a date with your mouse for further details and simply select the desired date. International Delivery We have an international delivery network with expert florists in over 140 different countries. Product prices are shown exclusive of delivery which is charged separately. International same day (selected countries only), next day and future date delivery are available - delivery cost £9.99. Please note that certain delivery dates may incur additional charges. We cannot accept orders for timed delivery overseas due to differencies in international time zones. The delivery day of your chosen item is of course dependent on where in the world you are sending it, for example you can get same day delivery in Argentina if you order by 3pm Mondays to Saturdays, but in Japan the time difference means you must order at least two days before. All orders for international delivery are passed through our network to the approriate overseas Head Office who then pass the order to the local florist for delivery. Each country has it's own unique flower designs, many of which are grown indigenously. While we try to show you the style of floral gifts available, in some cases the flower content and style may vary to ensure we deliver the very best gift we can. Please note that in many countries it is customary for the florist to contact the recipient prior to making the delivery. This is why we will ask you for the recipients telephone number during the order process. We will send the usual order confirmation notifications, once we know your flower delivery has taken place. Deliveries to Funerals, Offices, Hospitals, Hotels or Ships Offices Please note that orders will be delivered to the reception at the address supplied, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order. Hospitals When ordering please ensure you include the recipient's surname, full address of the hospital and ward name or number on the delivery instruction box featured on the delivery information page within the order process. Here are some more tips which might be useful guidance:
Hotels Please note that orders will be delivered to the hotel reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery. We don't recommend sending courier delivered gifts as some hotels may not accept courier items. We advise that you check with the hotel before placing your order. Ships Please note that orders will be delivered to the ship/port reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order. We don't recommend sending Simply Interflora products to these locations as certain deliveries will be made via post.
